Advice to podiatry patients
1. All non-urgent, office-based procedures such as injections,
cryosurgery treatments (skin lesions such as warts) and other
procedures will be rescheduled for the middle of April.
2. All consulations related to the prescription of foot supports--
gait analysis, casting, and fitting-- will be also resheduled for April.
3. Insoles dropped in to the clinic for repair will be rejected.
4. Only truely urgent cases will be seen during the next 3-4 weeks,
i.e., severe pain, diabetics with open wounds only, infections, and surgical redressings.
Note: Should you attend and the issue is not deemed by the podiatist to be of an urgent nature you will be asked to leave the clinic. Understand that this is for your own health and safety and for the protection of our staff.
5. Child patients must attend with one adult and no siblings.
6. Patients with mobility issues must be accompanied by the least number of helpers required for care.
